British tuner Lanzante and California dealer O’Gara Coach have unveiled a collaboration called the McLaren P1 HDK.
The super hybrid is inspired by the F1 HDK supercars in the LM specification, which featured a more powerful powertrain and an advanced F1 GTR-style aerodynamic body kit.
It is based on the road-going P1, which has been outfitted with an aggressive-looking body kit with an enlarged air diffuser, front fenders with vents and a large wing and diffuser at the rear. The model is painted in a shade of green and embellished with 24-karat gold emblems. The interior is trimmed with brown suede.
There are no details about the hybrid engine, but the aforementioned P1 was equipped with a 3.8-liter V8 biturbo engine and a 200-horsepower electric unit. The total power reaches 916 hp. and 900 Nm, but for the McLaren P1 HDK, the output could be increased to 1000 “horses”.
